Numa tigela grande\u00a0bata rapidamente\u00a0os ovos, o leite, o molho ingl\u00eas, o alecrim, a pimenta,\u00a0o sal, junte o arroz, o espinafre e o cheddar, misture e coloque numa forma untada, cubra com\u00a0o restante\u00a0do cheddar e asse em forno pr\u00e9-aquecido (180\u00b0 C) por uns 25 minutos.
