Numa panela coloque o azeite, frite a cebola, adicione o tomate, o a\u00e7\u00facar, o sal, a pimenta, misture, junte o arroz e continue fritando sem parar de mexer, coloque \u00e1gua suficiente para cozinhar o arroz, diminua o fogo, tampe a panela\u00a0e depois de cozido, espere esfriar um pouco,\u00a0junte as berinjelas, o dill e mexa com um garfo.
