Para o molho, derreta numa panela\u00a0a manteiga, coloque a farinha, cozinhe at\u00e9 dourar, junte o leite aos poucos, sem parar de mexer, adicione a mostarda reservada, misture e continue cozinhando (sem parar de mexer)\u00a0por mais uns 2 minutos. Frite os bifes em \u00f3leo quente e escorra.
