Numa panela grande coloque o azeite e um pouco da manteiga,\u00a0 frite o presunto, junte o alho e frite rapidamente, por \u00faltimo o br\u00f3colis, misture e cozinhe por alguns minutos. Cozinhe, escorra e junte a massa com o presunto, adicione o restante da manteiga, o parmes\u00e3o, o sal e a pimenta, misture.
